Here's our Black Friday plan so everybody's working from the same page.
The offer: 25% off any membership, for as long as they stay. That's every plan, monthly and annual, and the sale price stays locked as long as they're a member.
The dates:
- Wednesday, Nov 25 at 7 PM ET: early access for our email list
- Thanksgiving Day: open to everyone
- Monday, Nov 30 at 11:59 PM Pacific: it ends (we're using Pacific so the West Coast doesn't lose their last evening)
Two extras: families can add S.T.A.R.T. for $47 at checkout, and anyone can give a year of membership to another family at the sale price.
The theme is "There's room at the table." On Monday, Nov 23 we'll send free gratitude place cards for Thanksgiving, no purchase needed, and the sale opens two days later.

3b. Before the sale: point everyone to the waitlist (Nov 1 to Tue Nov 24)
The rule (Brandon, 2026-09-30): affiliates and team share NOTHING about Black Friday before Sunday, Nov 1. From Nov 1, anything shared about Black Friday before early access opens sends people to made2homeschool.com/blackfriday, which is the waitlist page until Wed Nov 25 at 7 PM ET. Never say the sale is open, and never link a checkout. After 7 PM ET on Nov 25, the same link becomes the sale page, so nobody has to change links.
What joining the waitlist gets them (this is what the page says):
- Early access, Wed Nov 25 at 7 PM ET, the night before the sale opens to everyone
- Free gratitude place cards for their Thanksgiving table (Mon Nov 23)
Keep the discount a surprise (Brandon, 2026-09-30): nothing before 7 PM ET on Nov 25 names the 25% or any price. Say "our Black Friday sale". Use the waitlist art (table-waitlist-*), which has no number on it; the other table art shows 25% and waits for the sale.

Who gets them (Brandon, 2026-09-29): the sale emails (4b to 4h) go to the whole list except active Premium Annual members. They already have the best plan, and we don't need to keep nudging them toward a promo rate. If they find the sale on their own, they can still use it. The Nov 23 newsletter (4a) goes to everyone, since the place cards are for every family.

The challenge: every affiliate gets a personal link like made2homeschool.com/go/yourname. It counts your clicks for the raffle and still credits your sales and commission, same as the S.T.A.R.T. September challenge.
- The prize grows with EVERYONE's sales (Brandon, 2026-09-29). Every sale through ANY affiliate link grows the prize on the table; sales from our own emails, the website, or search do not count. The top seller takes the prize home. Say this plainly in every affiliate message: it's the whole pool, not one person's sales, so everyone sharing helps everyone.
